Hilltop Castle World Check dates
Aerial view of the Hilltop compound: the Castle and its pools on one side of the drive, the Mansion on the other, surrounded by woods and open lawn

The road goes uphill and ends at a castle.

Corporate off-sites at Hilltop Castle World

Beach Lake, Pennsylvania. Two hours from New York and from Philadelphia. Four houses on 130 acres, 92 guests in real beds across all of them. Take one house or several — most teams start with the Castle and add from there.

Rent one house or several. Each is a short walk from the next, so select the ones you need and the totals add up.

The Castle

44guests across 18 bedrooms and 26 bathrooms

A 60-seat conference room, a 72-seat theater, a full-size indoor basketball court, two bowling alleys and three pools. The 48-seat dining room means the whole group eats in one sitting rather than two.

Directly across the road from the Castle

The Mansion

26guests across 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms

A second 36-seat conference room and a 38-seat theater, so two tracks can run at once without either group leaving the property. Hot tub, sauna, outdoor basketball court and a large in-ground pool.

The Farmhouse

16guests across 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

Often added to a Castle or Mansion booking for the extra bedrooms, or for the heated indoor pool and sauna, which are what make a February off-site work. Its own kitchen and 16-seat dining room keep it self-contained.

The Lodge

6guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus two optional cots

Usually added rather than booked alone. It absorbs the overflow when a headcount lands between two houses, which it usually does, and it is the quietest building on the hill.

Two rooms that seat 60 and 36.

One in the Castle, one in the Mansion, a short walk apart. Two tracks can run at once without either group leaving the property.

The hard part of an off-site is the six hours after the last session.

Two minutes on the property.

The part that photographs badly is the scale — how far it is from the Castle door to the far end of the compound.

You'll get a real number back the same day — the nightly rate for the houses you need, plus catering, facilitation or entertainment quoted alongside it. Midweek is meaningfully cheaper, and midweek is usually when you want it anyway. You can also write to us directly at HilltopPackages@gmail.com.
